Orangetheory Fitness in Texas is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations and drive member sales. You will guide tours, present membership options, and help maintain an energetic, welcoming environment for members and guests.

This full-time role reports to the Studio Manager, assists in training Sales Associates, keeps accurate records, and partners with marketing and events to grow the studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals via outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales processes.
• Maintain member records and process transactions per company policies.
• Collaborate on marketing events, social media and studio activations.
