JETSET Pilates in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Studio Lead to orchestrate sales, retention, and a world-class client experience while supporting instructors and daily operations.

You will cultivate a welcoming community, convert inquiries into memberships, monitor member engagement, and partner with the General Manager to hit membership, utilization, and revenue goals.

• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to generate leads and growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected to the studio.
• Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to at-risk clients.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
