Job summary

The MaeLee Collective in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Part-Time Studio + Event Associate to help customers shop, learn permanent jewelry and our hat experience, and keep the store looking great. You will assist with events and pop-ups, handle checkout, restock, and open/close after training while working independently.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, clients and team members.
• Customer service for welcoming and attentive support to all event and studio visitors.
• Event planning and event management to assist with scheduling, logistics, setup and breakdown.
• Sales skills to confidently present products and complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop and create custom pieces.
• Learn permanent jewelry and our custom hat experience.
• Handle checkout using Square Merchandise, restock and maintain the store.
• Open/close and work independently after training.
• Assist with events and pop-ups; opportunity to book/run your own events for extra hours.
