Rowan is seeking a Studio Sales Associate at our The Mall at Rockingham Park studio in Salem, NH. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience with enthusiastic service, assist with ear piercings, and upsell products while upholding Rowan’s safety standards.

You will greet customers, help with appointments, and guide product choices in a fast-paced environment. The role requires weekend availability and teamwork to meet studio goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to discuss products, explain piercing procedures, and upsell items.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with appointments, POS usage, and check-ins.
• Help customers select earrings and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in the studio.
• Support team by coordinating with managers and nurses.
