Job summary

Rowan in Salem, NH is seeking a customer-focused Studio Sales Associate to join the team at The Mall at Rockingham Park studio location. You will help customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety on weekends.

You will upsell non-piercing jewelry, stay knowledgeable about products, and work with Studio Managers to deliver exceptional service and a welcoming Rowan experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose their earrings.
• You pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with check-in or booking appointments using POS systems.
• Help customers select piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Provide product information, aftercare guidance, and answer inquiries.
• Promote Rowan’s products and upsell accessories and aftercare kits.
