Based in Rock Hill, SC, The MaeLee Collective serves Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas within a five-hour radius for larger events, including Columbia, Greenville, Raleigh, Asheville, Charleston, and Jacksonville. The company partners with clients to elevate team events, employee and customer appreciation days, and private parties through personalized, high-end experiential services.

This will range greatly depending on the time of year. The fall is typically very busy for us as well as the holidays.
We are looking for a dependable, outgoing person to join our team! We’re a boutique and experience-based retail store specializing in permanent jewelry, custom hats, gifts and private/corporate events.
This isn’t your average retail job. You’ll help customers shop, learn permanent jewelry and our custom hat experience, keep the store looking great, and occasionally join us for off-site events. Off site events are picking up and we are very excited to grow that side of the business.
Someone who is reliable, personable, proactive and comfortable talking to customers. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
You must be comfortable working independently once trained.
Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with additional event opportunities.
Weekend and around the holidays availability is required, along with some Thursday and/or Friday availability. Typical store shifts are around 11 AM–5 PM. Some evening/event availability is also a must. For large events, we will typically close the store.
Starting at $13/hour + applicable tips and commission.
