Job summary

Interface Americas, Inc is seeking a Studio Design Scheduler to coordinate and optimize workflow across the Interface Design Studio in Atlanta. The role prioritizes project requests from Sales and Marketing, schedules work, and supports efficient delivery in a collaborative, creative environment.

With 1–3 years in scheduling or program coordination, you will partner with designers and a peer scheduler under the Design Studio Manager to ensure projects progress from intake to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in scheduling, traffic coordination, or project management.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or related roles.
• Experience in a creative, design, or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming project requests for scope, deliverables, and completeness.
• Assign and schedule work based on capacity, deadlines, and priorities.
• Collaborate with scheduling team to balance workload and evolving priorities.
• Coordinate with designers and Lead Studio Designers to optimize workflows and utilization.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Acknowledge and assign requests promptly, manage turnaround expectations.
• Identify gaps in scope and resolve with stakeholders before scheduling.
• Maintain visibility into active work and flag risks or bottlenecks.
• Support cross-functional coordination, including Product Development for customization projects.
• Maintain scheduling tools, calendars, and documentation for transparency.
• Occasionally assist with basic project tasks (layouts/estimating) as needed.
