Interface is seeking a Studio Design Scheduler to coordinate and optimize workflow across the Interface Design Studio. This role ensures project requests from Sales and Marketing are prioritized, scheduled, and delivered to support business performance and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, or related field
• Equivalent experience in scheduling, traffic coordination, or project management may be considered
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related role
• Experience in a creative, design, or production environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming project requests to confirm scope, completeness, and required deliverables
• Assign and schedule work based on team capacity, deadlines, and project priorities
• Partner with scheduling team to align workload distribution and evolving priorities
• Collaborate with designers and Lead Studio Designers to maintain balanced workflows and ensure resource utilization
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on project status, timelines, and expectations
• Acknowledge and assign requests, manage turnaround expectations
• Identify gaps in project scope and work with stakeholders to resolve before scheduling
• Maintain visibility into active and upcoming work to flag risks or capacity challenges
• Support coordination across cross-functional teams, including Product Development
• Maintain scheduling tools, team calendars, and supporting documentation
• Occasionally support basic project tasks (layouts and estimating) as needed
