Interface, Inc. is seeking a Studio Design Scheduler to coordinate and optimize workflow across the Interface Design Studio.

This role ensures project requests from Sales and Marketing are prioritized, scheduled, and delivered in support of business performance and team efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of project coordination experience in a design or production environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with workflow tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience in scheduling, traffic coordination, or project management may be considered

Responsibilities

• Review incoming project requests to confirm scope, deliverables, and requirements.
• Assign and schedule work based on capacity, deadlines, and priorities.
• Collaborate with designers to balance workloads and optimize resource use.
• Communicate status and expectations with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain scheduling tools, calendars, and documentation for transparency.
• Occasionally assist with basic project tasks such as simple layouts or estimates.
