Job summary

Interface, Inc. seeks a Studio Design Scheduler to coordinate and optimize workflow across the Interface Design Studio.

This role ensures project requests from Sales and Marketing are prioritized, scheduled, and delivered to support business performance and team efficiency. Based in Atlanta with occasional travel to LaGrange, the hybrid schedule requires 3 days in the office and up to 2 remote days per week; you will work with Designers and Lead Studio Designers to balance workloads and maintain

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related role.
• Experience in a creative, design, or production environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming project requests for scope, completeness, and deliverables.
• Assign and schedule work based on team capacity, deadlines, and priorities.

This role ensures project requests from Sales and Marketing are prioritized, scheduled, and delivered in support of business performance and team efficiency.Working in close partnership with the design team and a peer scheduler, this role evaluates incoming work, aligns priorities, and helps balance team capacity.
