Job summary

BODYROK Princeton/Newtown is seeking a Studio Advisor to support members and guests, driving revenue through memberships and package sales while delivering the BODYROK Service Promise. You will maintain a clean studio, assist with check-ins, and promote merchandise.

A strong focus on customer service and commission-based incentives will reward performance. This hourly role requires reliability, weekend availability, and excellent communication skills to create a welcoming, high-energy community

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques; independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality.
• Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people.
• Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; ensure check-in procedures are followed.
• Create new business through promotions, referrals, and inquiries; promote specials.
• Reach out to members via email for sales opportunities and manage transitions.
• Attend to customer service issues; promote and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, orderly front desk; perform general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional service and follow up to exceed expectations.
