Job summary

School of Rock Summer Creek is seeking a reliable Studio Admin to support front desk, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations. You will help create a welcoming experience for students and families while ensuring administrative details are accurate and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, professional front desk experience for students and families.
  • Answer phones, respond to messages, and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist families with routine questions about lessons, schedules, programs, and school activities.
  • Maintain accurate lesson, rehearsal, and student schedules.
  • Make scheduling updates and changes according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and administrative information.
  • Assist with billing questions and administrative billing tasks.
  • Process enrollment and registration information accurately.
  • Assist with new lead follow-up and administrative communication.
  • Help schedule tours, trial lessons, and other appointments.

School of Rock Summer Creek is hiring a reliable, organized, and personable Studio Admin to support our front desk, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations.

The Role

You will support the day-to-day operation of the school by providing excellent front desk service and completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

You will help with:

  • Front desk operations and customer service
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance
  • Parent and student communication
  • Administrative records and data entry
  • Attendance and billing support
  • Lead and enrollment administrative follow-up
  • Show and event support

This is a hands-on administrative role. Success requires reliability, attention to detail, organization, and a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with music, arts, or education environments
