Worlds of Fun LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Student & Youth Sales Representative for Group Sales. You will develop, manage, and sell to 100+ attendee groups through in-person, phone, email, and at tradeshows, aligning with the Sales Incentive Plan.

You will maintain complete CRM records, support Youth programs, and collaborate with Sales Office Coordinators and Event Execution teams. Training and promotional feedback are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing/Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of related sales or customer-facing experience.
• Proficient with basic business software and data entry.
• CRM experience preferred (Odoo a plus).
• Willing to travel to events and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sells to 100+ person groups in the Student/Youth segment.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and prospecting.
