Job summary

Howard University is seeking a Manager for Student and Young Alumni Engagement to design, implement, and assess programs that foster lifelong relationships between students, recent graduates, and the university. You will serve as the primary Alumni Relations liaison to student organizations and campus partners to cultivate a culture of involvement and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating engagement programs for students and alumni.
• Ability to liaise with student organizations and campus partners.
• Strong event planning, workshop delivery, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evaluate engagement programs for students that foster lifelong alumni involvement.
• Serve as liaison to major student organizations and affinity groups.
• Advise the Pre-Alumni Association and connect students with Alumni Clubs.
• Coordinate senior-year initiatives including traditions and graduation programming.
• Deliver workshops on engagement, networking, and career development.
