Qualifications

• 1-6 years of progressive administrative and office management experience.
• Experience coordinating career development or alumni programming is a plus.
• Ability to develop, plan, and execute workshops, webinars, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage career development programs for alumni at all career stages.
• Develop strategic vision for alumni career engagement aligned with institutional goals.
• Plan and deliver workshops, mentoring, networking events (virtual/in-person).
• Build partnerships with employers, alumni, industry leaders, and campus units.
• Serve as a resource for alumni career development including transitions and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Student Career Services and other campus partners to bridge students and alumni.
• Develop mentoring, shadowing, and career-navigation initiatives.
• Track alumni engagement and outcomes using CRM and data-management tools.
• Analyze data to improve program effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Support alumni volunteer leadership and advisory groups.
• Contribute to communications with career-focused content and resources.
• Manage logistics and budgets for programs.
• Represent Alumni Relations at events and external meetings.
• Stay current on labor-market trends and inclusive practices.
