Job summary

You will design and oversee programs serving alumni across career stages, from early to executive levels, connecting students, employers, and campus partners to advance career outcomes and institutional impact.

You will guide strategic engagement, build partnerships with organizations and industries, and ensure program effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of progressive administrative and office management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive suite of career and professional development programs for alumni at all career stages.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for alumni career engagement that aligns with institutional priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality programming, including workshops, webinars, panels, mentoring initiatives, networking events, and industry-focused experiences.
