Job summary

Frederick Community College is seeking a Welcome Center Student Worker for a part-time position supporting daily operations at the Welcome Center. This role involves providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting students during their visits. Candidates must be currently enrolled or previously enrolled at FCC and have a High School Diploma or GED.

The position offers flexible working hours, primarily between Monday to Thursday, and responsibilities include utilizing various software tools to manage customer interactions while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications
