Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience in education or customer/student-facing role.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic colleges and campus offices to coordinate student support strategies.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, faculty, and campus partners.
• Maintain current knowledge of advising best practices and university policies.
• Provide ongoing advising and case management for students in transition.
• Participate in orientation and outreach activities to support student success.
