Job summary

The University of New Mexico's Athletics Ticket Office is seeking a part-time student to support ticket operations at UNM venues. You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, sell season, group, and individual game tickets, and help manage guest lists and game-day logistics.

Enrollment in at least 6 credit hours for the Fall is required. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected; customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to varying hours.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall semester at UNM.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Sell season, group, and individual game tickets using ticketing software.
• Make outbound calls related to ticket sales and promotions.
• Assist with ticket sales, customer support, and guest list check-ins at UNM Athletic events.
• Support full-time staff with general office tasks and game-day operations as needed.
