Job summary

Purdue University Athletics Ticket Office is seeking student staff to support ticket sales for football, basketball, volleyball, and baseball games. Staff work 5–12 hours in the office and split equal hours at athletic events, including all home football games. Responsibilities include customer service and event support.

Work hours are scheduled around class schedules. Candidate must be reliable and able to work weekends, nights, and some holidays/breaks. Email [e-mail] with questions.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales at the ticket office during office hours and athletic events.
• Answer questions concerning ticket prices & policies and provide general athletic department information to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to John Purdue Club members, Purdue students, the general public and all internal & external stakeholders.
• Effectively handle and solve customer complaints and issues both during normal business hours and at athletic events.
• Follow all NCAA, Big Ten and Purdue University rules and policies.
