Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking student workers to join the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will assist customers in purchasing and distributing tickets, both over the phone and in person, and support game day operations. Expect to work select home events, including all home football games through halftime.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are required. You should be available nights and weekends and be willing to learn ticketing software quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through phone, in person, and email avenues.
• Ticket sales and order management.
• Database management.
• Game day event preparation and management.
• Complementary ticket management and fulfillment.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
