Job summary

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a Temporary Ticket Office Representative to join our Athletics department. The role supports game day and event ticketing, will call, customer communications, and general inquiries, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

You will process ticket sales, exchanges, and reprints; handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments; and assist with will call operations and stadium entry.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales, exchanges, and reprints through the ticketing system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, resolving ticketing issues courteously and professionally.
• Communicate with customers by email, phone, and text message to answer questions, provide assistance, and address ticketing needs.
• Assist with will call operations, including distribution of pre-purchased and complimentary tickets.
• Work a ticket office window on Football Fridays to assist customers with ticketing issues, answer questions, and sell tickets.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while following established financial procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing policies, event schedules, and venue seating.
• Support the setup and closing of ticket windows on game days and during special events.
• Assist with placing, collecting, and positioning ticket scanners throughout the stadium to support efficient entry operations.
• Collaborate with full-time staff and student workers to ensure efficient box office and event operations.
• Represent Notre Dame Athletics and the University in a positive and professional manner at all times.
