Notre Dame Athletics is seeking a versatile Ticket Office Representative to deliver outstanding service to fans, students, and guests at athletic events. The role involves processing ticket sales, will calls, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

You will operate during nights and weekends with a team, handling cash and digital payments while delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales, exchanges and reprints accurately in the ticketing system.
• Provide exceptional service to all patrons and resolve ticketing issues professionally.
• Communicate with customers by email, phone and text to answer questions and assist with needs.
• Assist with will call operations, including distribution of tickets.
• Work a ticket office window on game days to help customers and sell tickets.
• Handle cash, card and mobile payments following financial procedures.
• Stay updated on ticketing policies, schedules and seating arrangements.
• Support setup and closing of ticket windows on game days and events.
• Assist with placing and positioning ticket scanners for efficient entry.
• Collaborate with staff and student workers for smooth box office operations.
• Represent Notre Dame Athletics and the University positively at all times.
