Job summary

Sinclair Community College is seeking a Test Proctor for the Dayton Campus Center to support students, faculty and staff through proctoring tests and related administrative tasks. The role includes data entry, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of placement testing processes and academic testing college assessment processes and protocols.
• Professional verbal, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word to produce memos, fliers, correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor academic tests, including placement tests and course tests.
• Support students, faculty and staff with testing needs and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and statistics on service usage.
• Enter and retrieve data in databases while adhering to FERPA standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders via telephone, in person, online and email with professionalism.
