Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator for our Dayton, Ohio location. The role involves checking in candidates, verifying IDs, proctoring exams, and assisting with basic technical issues and housekeeping duties. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour.

Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with 5–19 hours weekly and potential increases as needed. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and comfort working in a quiet testing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Flexible with hours and days; ability to work Saturdays.
• Basic Word, Excel, Outlook skills; sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Comply with testing procedures and company policies with careful judgment.
• Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping like cleaning keyboards after exams.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
