Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College is seeking a Testing & Assessment Student Assistant to support the daily operations of the Testing and Assessment Center. You will answer phones, assist students, and perform filing, copying, and clerical tasks as needed.

Current OCCC students enrolled in 6+ credit hours (fall/spring) or 3+ credit hours (summer), or students with Federal Work Study awards are encouraged to apply. This is a student employee position with up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current OCCC student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the Fall or Spring semester or enrolled in a minimum of 3 hours for the Summer semester.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist visitors in the Testing and Assessment Center.
• Poll students after their testing experience to gather feedback.
• Lead students to the Advising area as needed.
• Perform filing, copying, and other general clerical duties as requested.
• Complete special assignments as requested by the Testing & Assessment Coordinator.
