Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College is seeking a part-time Temporary Testing & Assessment Assistant to support the Testing & Assessment Office. The role involves delivering and filing assessment tests, ensuring accuracy and security, and assisting with testing services for students with various needs.

The position offers flexible 15–25 hours weekly within the Test Center's open hours, emphasizing customer service, confidentiality, and precise data handling in a dynamic college environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to accurately enter student tracking data into the system.
• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of testing materials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Testing & Assessment Office procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all testing materials and records.
• Coordinate testing services including accommodated testing and makeup testing.
• Administer placement and other examinations with clear instructions to students.
• Provide courteous, professional service to students, faculty, staff, and community members.
