Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate with team members and customers.
• Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
• Highly self-directed.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret technical instruction and manuals.
• Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics; use test equipment proficiently.
• Maintain high academic standards and integrity.
• Prepare timely reports and communicate outcomes to management.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and questions.
• Assist the team to meet department objectives and safety protocols.
• Operate material handling equipment when required.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; follow safety rules.
