Job summary

Hillsborough Community College seeks a HawkTechs library technology assistant to provide responsive student support for academic tools in the library and online, ensuring a professional service orientation.

You will manage the laptop loaner program, reimage devices, support HawkPrint, and help students navigate MyHCC (WebAdvisor, Canvas, Hawkmail) and the college website. The role requires independence, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Referrals and recommendations for training (LinkedIn Learning) and other departments as appropriate.
• Coordinate technology projects and organize tasks with independent judgment.
