Qualifications

• Provide first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff through help desk tickets, telephone, email, and in-person assistance.
• Assist with software installation, password resets, printer troubleshooting, network connectivity, and account access.
• Assist with setup and operation of technology for campus events and classrooms, including audiovisual equipment.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures in the College's ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and follow College policies related to information security and FERPA.
• Assist full-time ITS staff with departmental projects and technology rollouts.
• Support events and activities with technology setup and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work evenings and event hours as needed.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and effective communication with diverse users.
