Responsibilities

• Provides in-person, telephone, email, and remote technology support to HVCC students.
• Assists students with accessing and using college accounts, email, and software.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, account-access, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Documents support requests and escalates issues as needed.
• Provides guidance and training on college-supported technology to students.
• Supports students using adaptive technology and lab equipment.
• Maintains student-facing instructions and knowledge resources.
