Qualifications

• No previous experience required; strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Customer service mindset and good interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Interest or prior experience with fixing electronic/computing equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair technology devices (laptops, Chromebooks, desktops, tablets, AV equipment, and networked devices).
• Image and prepare computers for deployment; assist with device distribution/collection.
• Provide technical support to staff and students via ticket system and walk-up help desk.
• Gain understanding of diverse functions within a technology department.
