Job summary

Clarke County School District seeks a Temporary Student Support Technician to assist with the Innovative Digital Learning Environments program. You will diagnose and fix common device issues, prepare devices for repair, and catalog items needing service in the Destiny system.

You will label repair-needed devices, maintain accurate inventory, and communicate with school stakeholders to ensure smooth operation in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age minimum.
• Experience with school devices and inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots common electronic device problems (software updates, connectivity, login issues).
• Prepares devices that need repair and catalogs those needing additional support in Destiny.
• Labels devices with repair requirements and maintains accurate device inventory.
• Communicates effectively with school stakeholders.
