Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively as indicated in application materials.
• Experience with multimedia software such as Photoshop, iMovie, Dreamweaver, Audacity as indicated in application materials.
• Experience with library software for accessioning items, checking items in and out, as indicated in application materials.
• Has been awarded Federal Work-Study funding as indicated in application materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to patrons by answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing general inquiries.
• Perform office and clerical tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Enter and maintain resource records in the online catalog, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Process reserve requests and manage circulation of materials by checking in/out through the circulation system.
• Assist users with the effective use of instructional spaces, including a computer lab and active learning classrooms.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for computers, instructional technology, and classroom equipment.
• Support multimedia projects through editing of digital audio and video content.
• Assist in developing and maintaining interactive web-based content and other digital learning resources.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and technology-rich learning environment for all center users.
