Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to patrons by answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries.
• Perform office and clerical tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Enter and maintain resource records in the online catalog.
• Process reserve requests and manage circulation of materials.
• Assist with instructional spaces and computer labs.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and instructional technology.
• Support multimedia projects by editing digital audio and video content.
• Assist in developing and maintaining interactive web content and other digital learning resources.
