Job summary

The Division of Information Technology at the University of South Carolina is hiring an on-site Student Systems Senior BA to support the Ellucian Banner Student Information System and related applications.

You will provide expert application support, lead incident triage, and collaborate on upgrades and changes while aligning with campus stakeholders. A strong background in higher education IT and clear communication are essential.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standards for incident, testing, security, and change management.
• Assist in prioritizing and planning future initiatives with management and institutional partners.
