Job summary

The Paraprofessional III position at Applitrack provides instructional and non-instructional support in General Education, Preschool, ESE, and Behavior Support programs within a school setting. You will work closely with teachers to implement plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include assisting with instruction for individuals and small groups, preparing materials, reinforcing positive behavior, supporting enrichment activities, and aiding with daily living tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree or 60 college hours or paraprofessional test preferred.
• Experience assisting students with diverse needs is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and classroom management under supervision.
• Assist individual students and small groups.
• Develop and prepare instructional materials and training modules.
• Support behavior development and social skills.
• Assist with field trips, arts, music, drama, and recreation.
• Help students with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain instructional records and student files.
• Assist with equipment and supply inventory.
• Provide safety monitoring during transitions and meals.
