Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive intake and needs assessments for students.
• Coordinates referrals to campus departments, community organizations, and supportive services.
• Monitors at‑risk students and supports progress and persistence.
• Maintains accurate case records and timely documentation of interactions.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to maximize student support.
• Participates in safety planning and crisis response when required.
