Job summary

Northeastern University’s Oakland campus is seeking a Program Coordinator for Student Support Services to coordinate case management and provide operational support to the Care Team and student services. You will track cases, document referrals, and help connect students to campus resources while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in higher education, student services, case management coordination, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced student support environment.

Responsibilities

• Support tracking and coordination of student support cases through the campus Care Team process.
• Maintain case documentation, notes, and referral records in tracking systems.
• Monitor follow-ups to ensure students connect with resources.
• Assist with Care Team meeting preparation and updates.
• Provide initial outreach to referred students and navigate campus resources.
• Maintain records and documentation related to student support processes.
• Assist with scheduling and internal communications related to student support cases.
• Support wellness programming and logistics for student success initiatives.
