Job summary

Envision Education seeks a Student Support Lead to build strong relationships with students and families while leading attendance, restorative practices, student interventions, and schoolwide support systems that promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment at Impact Academy High School.

The role partners with school staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students, providing direct student support through attendance and engagement

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in schools, community organizations, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of restorative practices, positive behavior supports, trauma-informed practices, and culturally responsive approaches.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with diverse students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students requiring Tier II and Tier III behavioral, social-emotional, and attendance interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students and serve as a trusted adult and mentor.
• Develop and monitor individualized student support plans in collaboration with school staff.
• Conduct regular check-ins with identified students and track progress toward intervention goals.
• Connect students and families with school and community resources as needed.
• Coordinate MTSS and SST meetings, documentation, and follow-up.
