Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build respectful relationships with students and families, including those balancing other demands.
• Set goals, review graduation progress, and hold students accountable for communication and work.
• Maintain two-way contact and document progress using school systems.
• Meet with students to understand barriers and complete immediate academic tasks.
• Draft realistic course schedules and coordinate course reopening with counselors.
• Use NBS for early credit opportunities and monitor progress.
• Prepare a handoff to the new coach and ensure seamless transition.
