• 1 year coordinating tutoring or academic support programs in higher education.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with deadlines.
• Data management and reporting tools (e.g., TracCloud).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with students, faculty, staff.
• Familiarity with academic skill-building and tutoring best practices.
• Understanding of tutoring’s role in student retention and success.
• Awareness of varying student needs and commitment to accessible support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate undergraduate and graduate student staff.
• Provide clear direction, conduct observations, and deliver performance feedback.
• Foster development and mentorship for student employees.
• Design and facilitate workshops and group sessions on academic skills.
• Respond to student and faculty requests for tutoring support, triaging early warning flags.
• Ensure accurate tutoring session records and assessment protocols in TracCloud/Starfish.
• Collaborate with faculty to align tutoring services with academic expectations and student needs.
