Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field.
• 1-year experience coordinating tutoring or academic support programs in a higher education setting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with data management and reporting tools, such as TracCloud or similar data management platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarity with academic skill-building strategies and best practices in tutoring and learning support.
• Understanding of the role of tutoring in student retention and success.
• Awareness of varying student needs and a commitment to providing effective, accessible academic support services.
