Job summary

Qualifications

• Student development theory and holistic student support
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication
• Experience recruiting, training, and supervising student staff
• Interest in AI/VR-enabled student support tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tutoring schedules, sessions, and space reservations to ensure accessible services
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of undergraduate Peer Tutors
• Maintain tutoring records and program data for reporting and assessment
• Support program policies, CRLA standards, and CRLA certification processes
• Represent and promote the Peer Tutoring program across departments and campus partners
