Qualifications

• Experience as a student employee is considered.
• Education and experience may be substituted for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Refers students to CNM resources and explains CNM policies.
• Delivers information by phone, in person, and online.
• Performs general office duties including data entry and clerical tasks.
• Ensures safety and OSHA compliance; wears PPE if required.
• Provides guidance to students by referring them to CNM resources.
