CNM Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Student Success Technician to support students and enhance academic success. You will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to identify needs, monitor progress, organize workshops, and promote student engagement.
This hourly, regular position requires a high school diploma with two years' experience. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with CNM offering a comprehensive benefits package.

The Student Success Technician is responsible for providing support and assistance to students in order to enhance their academic success and overall well-being. This position collaborates with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to identify and address individual student needs. The technician position includes monitoring student progress, organizing workshops or events, and promoting student engagement and involvement in school activities. The Student Success Technician plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent AND Two (2) years of experience Experience as a student employee is considered A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements of the position
