You will partner with the Director of Student Affairs, academic departments, and staff to implement evidence-based retention plans and early alert systems.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across departments to improve student success and completion rates at our St. Louis campus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in related field (business, education leadership, social services, counseling, psychology).
• Three years related experience in events coordination, data and analysis, retention, supervision.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (oral) to engage diverse students and staff.
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate college-wide efforts to promote student integration, retention, persistence, and graduation.
• Analyze predictive data and develop dashboards to inform program development and interventions.
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty, and staff to identify barriers to timely degree completion and advocate for solutions.
• Lead committee work on retention initiatives and coordinate campus-wide events and programs.
