Stanbridge University is seeking a proactive Student Services Officer to support student success and engagement throughout their academic journey. As part of the Student Services team, you will build relationships with students and identify barriers to their success.

Qualifications

• Support new student onboarding through orientation activities.
• Conduct routine classroom visits to engage with students.
• Monitor attendance, academic progress, and grades.
• Contact students regarding attendance concerns and academic deficiencies.
• Coordinate one-on-one student success meetings.
• Refer students to counseling resources and academic support.
• Maintain accurate student records within the University’s SIS.
• Assist with student incident reporting and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and identify barriers to success.
• Participate in weekly retention meetings to review at-risk students.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and university policies.
