Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in education, career services, or academic advising.
• Experience managing a student caseload and conducting high-volume outreach by phone, text, and email.
• Experience maintaining accurate and timely records in a CRM or student information system.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases, prioritize urgent issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student academic progress, attendance, engagement, and completion milestones.
• Identify students at risk of withdrawal or academic difficulty and implement timely interventions.
• Manage an assigned student caseload and develop individualized success plans.
• Conduct frequent outreach calls, texts, and emails to disengaged or at-risk students.
• Respond promptly to early warning indicators and document outreach attempts and outcomes.
• Guide students through program requirements, academic expectations, and available support services.
• Resolve academic, attendance, financial, and administrative barriers by coordinating with faculty and internal departments.
• Manage student cases from initial identification through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
• Connect students with internal services and community resources for childcare, housing, transportation, food insecurity, and mental health support.
• Build relationships with students through regular check-ins and structured communication.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student engagement, retention, and academic success.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, outreach, interventions, and outcomes in student information systems and CRM platforms.
