Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking a Specialist for the Delaware Operations, providing essential campus and facilities support at the Delaware Campus. The role requires strong customer service skills and administrative aptitude to assist with data entry, events, scheduling, and campus services.

The Specialist will work with the Senior Director and campus coordinators to ensure safe, welcoming instructional and event spaces, manage documentation, and coordinate with food and vending

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• State Driver's License or ability to access work sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person front-line customer service for internal and external customers.
• Answer questions, phone calls, emails, and other communication in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries and facilitate operational assistance as needed.
• Handle general student inquiries and refer to appropriate campus resources.
• Retrieve and analyze data reports for the Delaware Campus.
• Maintain accurate records and files; keep information confidential.
